Job summary

Dimension Bid Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Cased Hole Services (CHS) team for offshore operations. You will be the primary client contact, delivering technical support, driving sales growth, and ensuring top-notch service delivery across projects.

You will build and maintain relationships, promote CHS offerings, visit clients, and provide technical guidance. Strong communication, HSSE awareness, and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• offshore Oil & Gas experience (3+ years)
• 2+ years as an Operations Engineer
• Knowledge of E-line operation or memory logging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong HSSE and quality standards understanding

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver value-added technical solutions.
• Promote Cased Hole Services and related solutions to expand business and meet sales targets.
• Conduct client visits to review service performance and gather requirements.
• Provide technical consultation and operational support with timely updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with teams to investigate and resolve technical inquiries while communicating with clients.
