Job summary

A shopping mall in Puchong is looking for a dedicated customer service representative. Job Overview

Provide mall information about products and services such as car park, retail location, shopping promotion etc.

Attend to shoppers' queries, feedback and complaints.

To manage incoming calls to ensure customer's queries and referral of services are answered promptly and professionally.

Ensure all lost and found cases reported and properly handled, accurately documented, items secured and all procedures pertaining to lost and found are strictly adhered to.

Handle all young children who are apart from their parents/guardians with care and attention. Ensure the child is calmed and remain safe in your custody until claimed by the parents/guardians.

Provide gift wrapping services, ensure all items are wrapped nicely and presentable.

Provide basic first aid during accident/incident in the mall.

Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer services with compliments from shoppers.

To check tenants open and closing times and other non-compliances, record and ensure the respective tenants headquarters are notified.

To check in house events and promotions.

To distribute all circulars to tenants with each tenants' acknowledgement.

To assist team on redemption process.

Responsible for managing daily operation of amusement rides including ticketing booth, safety boarding/exiting, starting rides and train chauffeur.

Manage and coordinate daily float and cash collection with Finance department.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
  • Customers services oriented and good personal skill.
  • Must display professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tusking and time management skills.
