Job summary

MBF Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Tea Lady cum Office Helper to support daily office housekeeping, pantry duties and general office tasks. You will be preparing beverages for senior staff and visitors, keeping the pantry clean and orderly, and assisting with basic administrative duties.

The role involves maintaining a neat work environment, managing pantry stock, and helping with meeting room setup and document distribution. A positive attitude and ability to work with others are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum primary or secondary school education.
• Experience in office cleaning, pantry duties, or similar role is an advantage.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages for senior management and visitors.
• Ensure pantry is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Wash cups, glasses, utensils and other pantry items.
• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies (beverages, snacks, etc.).
• Assist with photocopying, printing, filing and other basic admin tasks.
• Arrange meeting rooms and prepare refreshments for meetings.
• Distribute documents, parcels and mail to relevant personnel.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the office.
