Job summary

Linuxconfig is seeking an experienced OCI Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes hands-on OCI components (Compute, VCN, Load Balancer, Storage, IAM, DNS) and automation using Terraform or OCI Resource Manager.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in IT infrastructure with OCI experience. Strong Linux/Windows administration, networking knowledge, and scripting (Shell/Python) are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT Infrastructure/Cloud experience with at least 3 years in OCI.
• Hands-on experience with OCI Compute, VCN, Load Balancer, Block/Object Storage, IAM, DNS, and Monitoring.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or scripting (Shell/Python).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows administration and networking concepts.
• Experience with cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is an advantage.
