Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Subang Jaya is seeking an Ocean Bulk Specialist to manage end-to-end ocean bulk shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service across Flexi‑Tank, ISO Tank and other liquid bulk logistics solutions.

You will coordinate with customers, carriers and internal teams to optimize operations, monitor shipment forecasts and support cost control while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ocean freight processes, documentation, shipment coordination and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with CargoWise One (CW1) is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
