Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of call center associates daily.
• Coach direct reports to meet KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates.
• Mentor and provide direction to a team of employees.
• Lead team meetings and promote Concentrix values.
