Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including grass cutting, drain cleaning, housekeeping, and pest control works
• Monitor and ensure work quality, productivity, and attendance of general workers
• Plan and deploy manpower, tools, equipment, and vehicles according to the work schedule
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with company HSE requirements
• Conduct site inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and related documentation
• Manage workers' welfare, accommodation, discipline, and safety matters
• Coordinate with site representatives, contractors, and internal teams to support site operations
• Monitor the condition of tools, equipment, and inventory under responsibility
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineer or Management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance, facility maintenance, construction, or related field
• Experience supervising general workers or site workers is preferred
• Knowledge of grass cutting, vegetation control, housekeeping, and pest control activities
• Able to lead a team and work independently
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and record keeping
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to different solar farm locations
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
