Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in QA or product engineering in semiconductor.
• Experience with failure analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define NAND qualification plan.
• Facilitate and manage qualification.
• Analyze qualification test data and perform risk assessment.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to address reliability issues and assess customer risk.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root cause analysis.
