Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking a Nutrition Consultant to assess customer nutritional needs and provide personalized meal plans and dietary counseling. Fresh graduates are welcome, and training is provided. The role involves promoting healthy diets, recommending products, and supporting outreach activities.

You will plan and achieve monthly sales targets, stay updated on product knowledge, maintain stock levels, and assist with roadshows and events. A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Food Science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nutritional consultant and product recommendations to customers.
• Provide nutritional advices and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health
• Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target.
• Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishment.
• Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer.
• Nutritional training & briefing to the team.
• Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to front liners who handle customer enquiries.
• Assist in company activities, e.g., roadshows, exhibitions, expo.
• Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements.
• Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.
