Job summary

Big Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Nutrition Specialist to provide nutritional consultation, recommend products, and promote healthy lifestyles to customers in our stores. The role involves planning monthly sales targets and keeping up-to-date product knowledge while supporting market research and potential new product development.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers.
Promote healthy diet and lifestyle through newsletters or health materials.
Plan and monitor monthly personal sales targets.
Update product knowledge and market trends in retail settings.
Conduct market research, product surveys, and testing.
Assist in new product development and research on benefits and usage.
Assist in stock taking and stock receiving per purchase orders.
Provide training and support to coworkers; maintain good customer relationships.
Support company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and expos.
