Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a nutritionist/dietitian to provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers, and to promote healthy lifestyle awareness. The role includes stock management, training co-workers, and participation in company activities and events.

The candidate should hold a Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, with fresh graduates welcome and at least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required.
Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is an advantage.
Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers.
Promote healthy diet and lifestyle through newsletters or health materials.
Plan and monitor monthly personal sales targets.
Acquire and update product knowledge and market trends in retail establishments.
Conduct market research, product surveying and testing.
Assist in new product development and research on benefits and usage.
Perform stock management and assist in stock reception and storage as per guidelines.
Train co-workers and support for customer inquiries, maintaining good customer relationships.
Assist in company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and expos.
