Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or relevant experience encouraged.
• Strong fundamentals in circuits, semiconductors, and microcontrollers.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (C/C++, Python).
• Analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support test development for new products from concept to mass production.
• Participate in test planning aligned with product requirements and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and debug test programs for post-silicon validation on ATE platforms.
• Improve test methodology and automation, including AI-assisted solutions.
• Collaborate with Design, Validation, and Manufacturing across global sites.
• Document test plans, simulations, and release status; communicate risks clearly.
