Job summary

Dell Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a Process Development Engineer 2 to drive introduction of new enterprise-class products to manufacturing, ensuring quality and ramp plans. You will collaborate across engineering and operations to meet cost and schedule targets and support pilot builds.

You will improve processes, analyze failures across software, mechanical, and electrical tests, and lead cost-reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of related experience in NPI/manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Communicate status, root-cause analyses, and project deliverables to Operations leaders.
• Develop and implement production methods and controls to meet quality and cost goals.
• Introduce engineering changes to sustain mass production.
• Drive process quality improvements through risk assessment and mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-regional projects and report progress.
