Job summary

Dell seeks a Process Development Engineer for New Product Introduction in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. You will drive introduction of new enterprise products to manufacturing, ensuring quality and cost targets while developing production methods and managing engineering changes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Python/VBA proficiency, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years (Junior) or 5-8 years (Senior) of NPI/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of Python and VBA.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely introduction of new enterprise products to manufacturing at required quality and ramp plan.
• Develop and implement production/processing methods to meet quality and cost targets.
• Introduce engineering changes to sustaining products for stable mass production.
• Provide engineering/pilot qualification build management.
