Job summary

Rahi Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects in Malaysia, coordinating planning, execution, and follow-up.

You will align timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth, on-time project outcomes. The role requires proactive problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and strong Excel reporting and dashboard skills to monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Center or Telco advantageous.
• Experience in managing network fiber project.
• Willing to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to completion and follow-up.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Act as a problem solver, proactively identifying issues, assessing risks, and implementing solutions.
• Analyze supply and demand data to support planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain Excel reports, formulas, trackers, and dashboards to monitor project performance.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates.
• Follow up on action items and ensure stakeholders are accountable for deliverables.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
