Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team and across shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and contribute to process improvements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform system updates for Purchase Order prerequisite master data in SAP (training will be provided).
• Create Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders in SAP in line with defined business requirements and timelines.
• Manage Purchase Order changes and perform maintenance activities through to closure.
• Conduct regular data accuracy checks to ensure integrity and reliability of master data and transactions.
• Generate reports to support data verification and operational tracking and highlight risks or inconsistencies.
