Job summary

Knowles Electronics in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for night shift to support US-based customers. You will manage orders, coordinate with inside Sales and planners globally, and ensure accurate order processing with Oracle ERP.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in customer service or planning, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Shift hours are 11pm–8am to align with global customers.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or with equivalent working experience.
• Total working experience of 1-3 years in the field of Customer Service or planning.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to manage high demanding customers and able to work with counterpart local and oversea plant.
• Good in application of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Oracle or any ERP system is added advantage
• Availability to work on shift (working hours: 11pm to 8am) to support US based customers.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Enter orders and amendments into Knowles’ ERP System.
• Validate Distributor Scrap allowances and create RMA orders.
• Create sample orders in Knowles' ERP system.
• Support delivery and lead time enquiries.
• Prints and proofreads order acknowledgments and sends them to customers.
• Handle EDI order exceptions.
