Job summary

Win Smith Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Administrator to coordinate new product development from inquiry through mass production. Responsibilities include reviewing customer artwork and specifications, and liaising with Sales, Design, Production, QA/QC and Purchasing to ensure manufacturability.

The role requires planning trials, sample production, and machine testing, plus preparing all production documents and work instructions prior to launch.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product development from inquiry to mass production.
• Review customer artwork, specifications and requirements for manufacturability.
• Liaise with Sales, Design, Production, QA/QC, Purchasing and customers on development activities.
• Plan and monitor product trials, sample production and machine testing.
• Prepare production documents, specifications and work instructions before launch.
• Coordinate engraving cylinder, tooling and packaging material readiness for new products.
• Conduct production readiness checks to ensure materials, machines, manpower and processes are available.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
