Job summary

Sperton Global AS is seeking a lead engineer to drive new model launches from trial stage to mass production at our Bukit Raja facility. The role emphasizes tooling coordination, PPAP documentation, and IATF16949 readiness, with responsibilities spanning from T0 readiness to PPAP compliance.

The candidate will oversee master scheduling, trial progress, and lab sample preparation, while coordinating documentation and change control across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive manufacturing / new model projects.
• Understanding of PPAP and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Strong reporting, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track Master Schedule with PIC.
• Prepare and verify Tooling and CF condition upon receiving.
• Conduct T0 readiness (tooling, drawing, semi glass, child parts).
• Manage T1 & T2 trial progress and draft reports.
• Prepare lab test samples and robot teaching parts.
• Handle packaging design modification and verification.
• Manage abnormality reports, recovery plan and countermeasures.
• Support QAV / SPTT / PPAP documentation.
• Lead IATF16949 preparation activities.
• Coordinate ECI / 4M change documentation.
