Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our new Internet Service Provider team. You will manage core network routers and switches, monitor performance, and support infrastructure upgrades.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years ISP experience, hands-on Cisco/Huawei expertise, and CCNP/CCNA certifications. You will work independently, provide technical guidance to juniors, and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in ISP environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco/Huawei equipment.
• Experience managing core network infrastructure and FTTH projects.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
