EY’s Digital Engineering team in Malaysia seeks a Technical Lead to guide the development and delivery of modern software solutions. You’ll lead agile teams, define technical architecture, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to help clients modernize platforms and accelerate digital transformation.

In this role you will architect scalable backend with .NET Core / .NET 8+, lead frontend efforts with React/Angular/Next.js, drive DevOps and CI/CD, and mentor engineers while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years software development with strong hands-on .NET Core / .NET 8+ experience.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or software engineering initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data integration, API design, and cloud-native architectures.

As a Technical Lead within EY’s Digital Engineering team, you will play a strategic role in driving the development and delivery of modern software solutions. You’ll lead agile teams, define technical architecture, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to help clients modernize platforms, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and architect scalable digital solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms
• Guide engineering teams in frontend, backend, and mobile development, ensuring best practices across the SDLC
• Deliver high-performing, secure, and user-centric digital applications using agile methodologies

Core Backend (Mandatory): .NET Core / .NET 8+/ASP.NET
