Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python; Unix/Linux familiarity is a plus.
• Solid analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies and programs for NAND Flash products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure test readiness for new products and high-volume manufacturing.
• Improve device yield, reliability and quality through test optimization and data analysis.
• Provide cost-effective test-flow optimization and reduce test time with innovative solutions.
• Develop and release test programs to production on schedule.
• Assist process and production teams with engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Introduce innovative test time reduction solutions.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve problem solving and decision making.
