Job summary

Micron Malaysia is seeking a Test Engineering professional to develop and maintain package functional test strategies for NAND Flash products. You will collaborate with engineering and production to ensure readiness for new products and high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Good programming skills; C/C++/Python knowledge is a plus.
• Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain package functional test strategies and programs for semiconductor NAND Flash products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production groups to ensure test program readiness for new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing.
• Improve device yield, reliability and quality through test condition optimization and data analysis.
• Provide cost effective and innovative solutions for production test flow optimization and time reduction.
• Develop and release test programs to production in a timely manner.
• Assist process and production teams with necessary engineering expertise for smooth manufacturing operations.
• Introduce innovative test time reduction solutions.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve problem-solving efficiency and decision-making.
