Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Good programming skills; C/C++/Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test programs to test functionality of NAND Flash products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production groups to ensure test readiness for new products and high-volume manufacturing.
• Improve yield, reliability and quality through test optimization and data analysis.
• Provide cost-effective solutions for production test flow optimization with time reduction.
• Develop and release test programs to production in a timely manner.
• Assist process and production teams with engineering expertise for manufacturing operations.
• Introduce innovative test time reduction solutions.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve problem-solving efficiency.
