Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Storage Technology & Product Group Senior Manager to lead NAND component reliability testing strategies and a team of engineers. You will drive reliability gaps identification and collaborate with Design, R&D, Fab, and Quality to ensure on-time product qualification.

You will work closely with NAND product teams to shape test plans, analyze data, and guide cross-functional resolution efforts, contributing to Micron's technology leadership and product excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years NAND reliability or product development experience.
• Strong understanding of NAND device operation and reliability testing.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processing and device physics.
• Proficient in statistics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of reliability engineers.
• Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and plans covering product reliability aspects.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate with reliability operations for test execution.
• Analyze large reliability data sets and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Identify root causes via EFA/PFA and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Global Quality to define qualification plans and gating issue resolution.
