Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Transaction Surveillance Analyst to support robust compliance reviews and risk management across business units. You will develop and maintain controls, and guide staff on regulatory policies. A degree in Law, Business, or related fields with 3–5 years of compliance experience is preferred.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven analysis, and maintaining high integrity and standards in a dynamic financial environment.

Transaction Surveillance Analyst

What you do

• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify potential risks and control gaps
• Collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective compliance controls and procedures
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies and procedures
• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure the bank's operations are compliant
• Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators

Who you are

• A degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess compliance risks
