Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing or any related field.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a business-minded approach with good decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects within timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and progress updates.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate with solutions.
• Attend meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Recommend improvements to enhance project efficiency and team performance.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
