Job summary

AI Rudder is seeking a data specialist to manage multilingual ASR/NLP data for Malay region and to drive model improvements through rigorous evaluation and data-driven iterations.

You will coordinate cross-border contributors, define linguistic guidelines, and partner with product and algorithm teams to enhance the human-like quality of our voice AI while reporting insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English and Malay; other languages a plus.
• Basic understanding of LLM capabilities; prior LLM projects are advantageous.
• Proficient in Python and Codex for data generation, processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, cleaning, and annotation of multilingual ASR/NLP datasets for Malay.
• Benchmark and analyze LLM-powered voice assistants; identify edge cases and optimize data.
• Define linguistic annotation guidelines across languages; ensure cultural nuances are captured.
• Lead distributed teams of overseas contributors and vendors; ensure timelines and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Algorithm teams to translate results into product improvements.
• Use data visualization to monitor model health and report accuracy trends to stakeholders.
