Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate of Politechnic /IKM/IKBN/ILP or PW4 (for electrical technician only) or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in similar post.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance work by sub-contractors and report to the Facility Manager.
• Prepare monthly preventive and corrective maintenance reports for mechanical, electrical, civil & structural works.
• Ensure daily maintenance runs smoothly with minimal complaints including troubleshooting.
• Inspect and monitor parts, ensure stock is adequate and safe.
• Respond to Facility Manager’s instructions for complaints and provide status updates on actions.
• Ensure all complaints are resolved to completion.
• Provide emergency assistance when needed and file complete reports.
• Attend courses to improve work quality, skills and knowledge.
• Carry out servicing and maintenance of feeder pillar, electrical panels, starter panels and distribution boxes.
• De-dust, inspect, and ensure continuity of earthing systems and measure device functionality.
• Submit reports by registered engineer for works verification.
• Monthly inspection of sewer lines and blockages.
• Preventive maintenance of water dispensers including electrical/water connection checks.
