Job summary

Irama Inspirasi Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a maintenance technician to support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring all mechanical, electrical, piping and civil systems operate smoothly at our facility.

Qualifications

• SPM with experience in maintenance or related field.
• PW4 qualification preferred for electrical technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical, electrical, piping, and civil & structural systems to ensure they operate smoothly.
• Carry out inspections and perform minor repairs; provide reports to Facility Manager.
• Monitor subcontractors' work and report on progress and issues.
• Prepare damage and defect reports related to mechanical, electrical, and civil works.
• Ensure daily maintenance runs with minimal complaints.
• Inspect and record parts, monitor stock and safety of components.
• Respond to Facility Manager instructions and report actions taken.
• Comply with safety precautions to avoid hazardous conditions.
• Ensure all complaints are resolved and closed.
• Attend management/technical courses to improve skills and knowledge.
• Perform monthly perimeter drain inspections.
• Perform monthly sewerline mainhole inspections.
• Service, inspect, and clear any gutter or rainwater downpipe blockages.
