Job summary

Mondelez Malaysia seeks a proactive Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and service packaging lines in Penang. You will support IL6S initiatives, perform planned maintenance, and assist with changeovers while following GMP and safety rules.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma in mechatronic/mechanical/electrical engineering preferred. Shift work, hands-on attitude, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in engineering fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; experience in production line and machine handling is a plus.
• Preferably with F&B industry exposure.
• Willingness to work on shifts and be hands-on.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support line maintenance.
• Attend mandatory GMP, HALAL, Safety, HACCP trainings.
• Implement and support continuous improvement programs.
• Update daily checklists and assist Shift Leader in their absence.
• Perform product changeovers and line sanitation.
• Assist maintenance technicians in preventive maintenance and downtime troubleshooting.
• Participate in IL6S activities at line/plant level.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality checks.
