Guan How Superbike Centre SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a motivated Motorcycle Sales Advisor to promote Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM and Zontes models, accessories and sales packages. You will handle showroom walk-ins and online enquiries and build relationships to achieve sales targets.

You will work six days a week and earn a basic salary of RM2000–RM2800, plus commissions, incentives, staff benefits, and statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS).

Formación

• Valid Full Class B motorcycle license is compulsory.
• Sales experience is preferred; applicants from other industries welcome.
• Passion for motorcycles and willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proactive, responsible, customer-focused and target-driven.
• Able to work six days a week and support promotional events.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and social media for follow-up is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Introduce motorcycles, accessories and relevant sales packages to customers.
• Handle showroom walk-ins, online enquiries and appointments professionally.
• Prospect for new customers through referrals, networking and social media.
• Understand customer needs, recommend models and arrange demos or test rides.
• Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate bookings, financing, and delivery.
• Follow up leads and maintain clear customer records.
• Participate in product launches, roadshows, and sales campaigns.
• Support Content Executive with information for scheduled content.
• Maintain a professional showroom presentation and positive customer experience.
