Job summary

APJR Consultancy Services Private Limited seeks an experienced IT professional to lead hands-on core infrastructure, Azure AD/Entra ID, and M365 security governance. You will automate with PowerShell, implement Intune, and manage Defender in a large enterprise context.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, complex troubleshooting, and the ability to train users and write SOPs for consistent operations.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years specializing in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration in an enterprise or MNC context.
• Deep experience managing and integrating Microsoft Entra IDs (Azure AD).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
• Strong understanding of M365/AD security, compliance, and governance.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, networking, group policy, and cloud identity.
• Experience with backup/recovery, DR planning, and implementation.
• Familiarity with ITSM and incident management in large orgs.
• Proven ability to conduct user training and write SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive root cause analysis and complex troubleshooting across M365/AD environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, AD, Entra IDs, Intune, Defender and related services.
• Develop automation scripts and SOPs; train users and IT staff.
• Support migration-related activities and governance for cloud identity initiatives.

Job description

• Hands-on Core Infrastructure: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Defender, and PowerShell automation.
• Cloud & Identity: Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure / Entra ID experience (AZ-104 or equivalent certifications are highly preferred).
• Migration Experience: Proven execution of Google Workspace (GWS) to M365 migrations (Gmail to Exchange, Google Drive to OneDrive/SharePoint, cutover planning).
• L2/L3 Technical Autonomy: Proven ability to independently drive root cause analysis and complex troubleshooting without relying on external vendors.
