Job summary

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an Experimentation Engineer (Testing and Validation) in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia. You will study motorcycle regulations, develop homologation plans, and prepare submission documents to authorities.

You will conduct functional, performance, durability, and environmental testing on vehicle components, coordinate resources, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders to drive product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 1–2+ years in automotive testing, validation, or quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with automotive systems, especially motorcycles.
• Fresh graduates with strong motorcycle interest are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand motorcycle regulation requirements from relevant authorities.
• Develop and implement homologation plans for local activities.
• Prepare homologation documents for submission to JPJ, DOE, MARii, etc.
