Qualifications

• Passion for motorcycles and product knowledge.
• Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers with energy and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycles, apparels, accessories, helmets, and intercoms.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers via WhatsApp or call for service reminders.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate to supervisor.
• Maintain showroom neat, clean, and display items properly.
• Check stock level daily and report low stock to supervisor.
• Guide and train new or junior sales crew on product knowledge.
• Assign daily tasks to junior staff during manager absence.
