Job summary

CHJ Motors in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Representative to open and close the showroom daily, maintain display bikes, and attend walk-in customers with excellent service. You will promote promotions, collect loan documents, issue receipts, and enter data into the CAD system, ensuring all paperwork is complete before delivery.

Weekly/monthly duties include following up with customers, stocking and catalog organization, event support, and replacement coverage when needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close roller shutter daily and maintain branch cleanliness.
• Arrange and display motorcycles by brand and model.
• Attend to walk-in customers with good service.
• Promote latest promotions and meet customer needs.
• Process HP loan applications: collect documents, collect deposits, and input data into CAD system.
• Receive full down payment after loan approval and coordinate with Finance.
• For cash purchases: collect documents and deposit or full payment; handle invoicing and vehicle registration in MY Sikap.
