Job summary

Eurotech Wheel Distribution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness for motorcycle brands. You will work with internal teams, dealers and external partners to deliver campaigns, launches and customer engagement activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and at least 3 years in marketing, preferably in motorcycles. Strong digital, event and budget skills are essential; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in motorsports.
• Strong grasp of Malaysia’s motorcycle market, segments, and dealers.
• Experience planning annual campaigns, budgets and launches.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, events and analytics.
• Capability to analyze performance, leads and ROI.
• Experience with agencies, media and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual campaigns, launches, roadshows and dealer activities.
• Develop digital marketing strategies across socials, websites and ads.
• Coordinate promotional materials, content, videos and POS assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Dealer Development and Aftersales teams.
• Liaise with principals, agencies, media partners and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, campaigns, leads and ROI; produce monthly reports.
• Conduct market research and track motorcycle trends and preferences.
• Lead marketing executives, designers and event staff.
