Responsibilities

Sales - Mortgage Servicing is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs.
Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans.
Mortgage Servicing covers activities related to servicing residential mortgage loans, including processing payments, managing investor relations, collecting on delinquent loans, and working through the default process.
The Portfolio Retention aspect focuses on maintaining relationships with customers with outstanding mortgage or home equity loans within the servicing portfolio.
