Job summary

RHB Group is seeking a role focused on achieving personal mortgage loan sales targets and driving MRTA penetration. The position emphasizes building and sustaining strong relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers and real estate agents, while maintaining strict compliance with ML/KYC guidelines.

The incumbent will conduct face-to-face customer interviews, ensure data integrity, and service high-quality banking relationships to meet monthly productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Personal sales to meet mortgage loan targets.
• Cross-sell MRTA to achieve penetration targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers and real estate agents.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets for new mortgage loans.
• Cross-sell MRTA to achieve minimum penetration rate.
• Deliver min sales productivity of 2.5 mil per month and strengthen business relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers & real estate agents.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulators / ML-KYC / Credit Policies and Service Standards.
• Exercise due care on money laundering and KYC in day-to-day operations.
• Conduct face to face interviews with customers.
• Ensure data integrity and that customers’ income documents are original sighted.
