Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia seeks a Mortgage Sales Specialist to drive personal mortgage loan acquisitions and to cross-sell MRTA, aiming for high penetration and strong monthly productivity. • Responsibilities include achieving personal mortgage loan targets and cross-selling MRTA.
• Compliance with internal policies and external regulators, including KYC and ML/AML controls.

Responsibilities

• Principally responsible for personal sales target to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned targets.
• To cross sell MRTA and achieve minimum penetration rate.
• Deliver min sales productivity of 2.5 mil per month.
• Service and strengthen relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers & real estate agents.
• Ensure compliance with internal Policies, external Regulators / Legal / ML-KYC, Credit Policies and Service Standards.
• Exercise due care and diligence on money laundering and KYC in day-to-day operations, including account opening, reporting suspicions and supporting superiors.
• Conduct face to face interview with customers.
