Job summary

RHB Bank in Malaysia is seeking a Mortgage Sales Consultant to proactively engage with potential customers, understand their financial needs and property goals, and guide them through the mortgage application process.

You will build relationships with real estate agents and developers, exceed sales targets through lead generation, stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or consultative sales.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
