The Representative, People Operations is responsible for managing the Employment Pass (EP) process for new expatriates as well as the EP renewal for existing expatriates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Employment Pass (EP) application of the successful candidate (end to end)
• Communicate with the candidate on the checklist and review the completeness of documents as per Immigration Malaysia requirement before initiating the application
• Liaise and work closely with the MDEC and Immigration Dept on the EP application
• POEA Requirements (ONLY for Filipino renewal EP)
• To initiate the POEA process with POEA vendor, Al-Manaf International.

Job description

The Representative, People Operations is responsible for managing the Employment Pass (EP) process for new expatriates as well as the EP renewal for existing expatriates. To be successful in this position the Representative will have to have strong communication and time management skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA agreements. You are required to liaise with the candidates, the respective authorities such as Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and the Immigration Dept, and Malaysia Representative Office (embassies) overseas.
