Job summary

Maxis Hotlink is hiring a Mobile Direct Sales Executive (Outdoor) in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor for a 3-month contract. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to gain real working experience in selling prepaid/postpaid plans to customers in outdoor settings.

You will promote plans, assist customers in choosing the right option, and work toward daily and monthly targets. Basic salary RM2,500 per month plus uncapped commission, with total income potentially RM4,000+ per month, and

• Conduct outdoor sales at residential areas, events, or public spaces
• Assist customers in selecting the best plan based on their needs and budget
• Work towards achieving daily/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 18 years old and above
• Possess a Diploma or Degree (any field) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Own an Android phone
• Have own transport (motorcycle or car)
• Willing to work outdoors (including weekends/public holidays)
• Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn

Salary & Incentives:

• Basic salary: RM2,500/month
• Uncapped commission total income can reach RM4,000++ per month
• Bonuses and additional incentives based on performance
• Full training and on-ground support provided
