Job summary

Maxis Hotlink in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Mobile Direct Sales Executive (Fresh Graduate) for a 3-month contract (renewable). The role focuses on outdoor sales of prepaid/postpaid plans to customers, with training and on-ground support.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; you will gain real experience in communication, sales and customer service, with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions. Must own transport and be willing to work outdoors including weekends.

• Promote and sell Hotlink Prepaid/Postpaid plans to B40/M40 customers
• Conduct outdoor sales at residential areas, events, or public spaces
• Assist customers in selecting the best plan based on their needs and budget
• Work towards achieving daily/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 18 years old and above
• Possess a Diploma or Degree (any field) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Own an Android phone
• Have own transport (motorcycle or car)
• Willing to work outdoors (including weekends/public holidays)
• Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn

Salary & Incentives:

• Basic salary: RM2,500/month
• Uncapped commission total income can reachRM4,000++ per month
• Bonuses and additional incentives based on performance
• Full training and on-ground support provided
