Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a process engineer to develop, optimize and control middle of line processes to achieve high product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

You will collaborate with equipment, quality and production teams, maintain process specs, FMEA, control plans, and support improvements, transfers and new package qualifications in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, materials, chemical, or electrical engineering.
• Experience with transfer molding, Auto VI machine inspection, cut/singulation or laser marking.
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCA, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Auto VI machine inspection, semiconductor packaging or process manufacturing is preferred.
