Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Integrator Intern to help meet production schedules by coordinating, routing, and expediting materials. You will ensure proper routing of incoming materials and monitor material flow between departments to support Lam’s operational excellence.

The role requires pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, strong English communication, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration (or related field).
• Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Use computer-based SAP data systems, applications, and Office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers materials within and outside company and maintains records on material flow.
• Ensure incoming materials are properly routed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and documentation compliance.
• Coordinate documentation of business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
