Job summary

ASFASALONMUSLIMAH in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Massage Therapist Intern to gain hands-on experience in massage services, customer service, and daily salon operations. You will learn under supervision and contribute to a positive client experience.

Applicants should be pursuing a relevant internship/industrial training, with interest in massage therapy and wellness. Prior massage experience is a plus but not required; monthly internship allowance is RM500 with a 5% commission on

We are looking for a motivated and responsible intern to join our team as a Massage Therapist Intern. The intern will gain practical experience in massage services, customer service, salon operations, and daily business activities.

Key responsibilities

Assist in providing body massage services to customers under supervision

Prepare and maintain the massage treatment area before and after each session

Assist customers professionally and ensure a comfortable treatment experience

Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety procedures

Assist with appointment scheduling and basic customer service

Support daily salon operations when required

Learn and follow the salon's standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Perform other reasonable duties related to salon and massage operations

About you

Currently pursuing a relevant programme and required to complete an internship/industrial training

Interested in massage therapy, beauty, wellness, or salon operations

Willing to learn and receive training

Responsible, punctual, friendly, and able to communicate well with customers

Able to work as part of a team

Previous massage or beauty experience is an advantage but not required

Monthly internship allowance: RM500

5% commission for eligible massage services/sales, subject to the company's commission terms

Practical exposure to massage therapy and salon operations
