Job summary

Finexus offers an internship in Kuala Lumpur for a Merchant Sales Team - Back Office Support, focusing on merchant onboarding, documentation verification, and system configuration. You will work with MRAs, BPO teams, and MST units to ensure smooth activation and reliable support from day one.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship requires eagerness to learn fintech operations.
• Strong written and verbal English and Malay; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchant onboarding documentation verification and filing.
• Support system configuration and daily merchant operations tasks.
• Liaise with MRAs, BPO teams, and MST units to ensure activation.
• Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
