Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks a Merchant Relations/Account Executive to monitor merchant performance, build strong relationships and drive loyalty. You will handle complaints, gather market insights and train merchants to improve outcomes.

Travel may be required and Mandarin skills are an advantage. We offer a dynamic workplace with opportunities for growth in a leading consumer financing provider with regional presence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business, marketing or management or equivalent.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant sales performance and identify new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive loyalty.
• Handle merchant/customer complaints and feedback for improvements.
• Gather market information on competitors and customer behavior.
• Provide training to merchants and follow up on complaints and feedback.
• Ensure forms and POP are present; maximize market exposure.
• Negotiate with merchants to achieve beneficial solutions for all parties.
