Responsibilities

Lead merchandising operations and field execution across offline channels; own core KPIs (OOS, MSL, display, planogram, pricing).
Own end-to-end Perfect Store program including audit framework, store universe and monthly performance reviews.
Manage merchandising agencies and field-force performance including planning, recruitment, territory coverage and productivity.
Partner with KAM and stakeholders to resolve gaps and drive corrective actions at account/store level.
Lead planogram changes, vetting code execution, and ensure alignment with commercial requirements.
